We do not sell your personal data. We do not use it for automated decision-making or profiling.
4.Who we share it with
We only share data when needed, and only what is needed:
- Our clients, when the data relates to their shipment (for example proof of delivery).
- Authorities such as customs, police, health and pharmaceutical regulators, when the law requires it.
- Service providers who work for us, such as IT, website hosting, email, telematics, accountants and quality consultants. They may only use the data on our instructions, under a data processing agreement.
5.Transfers outside the EU
Some shipments involve Switzerland. The European Commission has decided that Switzerland gives adequate data protection. If we use any other provider outside the European Economic Area, we use safeguards such as the EU Standard Contractual Clauses.
6.How long we keep it

7.How we protect it
We use technical and organisational measures to protect your data, including access controls, encryption where suitable, secure systems and staff confidentiality duties.
8.Your rights
You have the right to:
- see the data we hold about you;
- correct it if it is wrong;
- have it deleted, unless we must keep it by law;
- limit how we use it;
- object to use based on our legitimate interest;
- receive your data in a common format (data portability);
- withdraw consent at any time, without affecting earlier use.
To use any of these rights, email info@medsure.eu. We reply within one month. We may ask you to prove who you are.

If you are unhappy with how we handle your data, please contact us first. You can also complain to the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens) at www.autoriteitpersoonsgegevens.nl.
