  1. Arrival in Europe. Your journey with Medsure begins when your shipment lands in Europe by sea or air. From the first moment, our team works alongside you to take the stress out of moving sensitive medicines.
  2. Secure transfer. We move your shipment under customs control to our partner warehouse, keeping the chain of custody unbroken. Here we coordinate every detail and prepare your products for their journey across Europe.
  3. Temperature-controlled storage. Your products are stored securely in a GDP-compliant bonded warehouse, in temperature-controlled, continuously monitored conditions. This protects their quality and potency until they are ready to travel.
  4. GDP road transport. Your products are loaded into Medsure’s own temperature-controlled vans, driven by our GDP-trained drivers. Each load is sealed and secured, then delivered directly to your client’s door, safely and on time.
  5. Full visibility, start to finish. Every load is covered by goods-in-transit insurance. We track your shipment and receive a full temperature report after delivery. Our dedicated customer service team is always here to help.

About Medsure

Built for medicines

Medsure Logistics is a Dutch GDP-compliant transport company.

We run Medsure like a family business. We keep things simple, and we stay close to the work. We own every truck in our fleet, and every driver is part of our team. We built it this way on purpose. When you own your vans and know your drivers, nothing is left to chance and no one is cutting corners.

We believe in good, old-fashioned reliability. That means turning up when we say we will, delivering on time, and sticking to what we agreed. It sounds simple, and it is. But in pharmaceutical transport, where every shipment matters to a patient somewhere, we think simple promises kept well are worth more than big ones.

Of course, the standards behind the scenes are anything but casual. Every trip follows EU Good Distribution Practice (GDP) rules, with temperature-controlled vans, sealed loads, live tracking and GDP-trained drivers.
